“Pros and cons. On the positive side the guide was good and the variety of activities was good. We saw turtles coral stingrays and colourful fish. The photographs were nice and surprisingly we purchased the package (100 usd for 5 people and group shots) The cons. The timing was way off. We were told we would arrive in tulum about 9 (our pick up was 710) but arrived after 10 am. We were told by operator we would be back by 5 so we made dinner plans for 7. We arrived back after 7 pm. A second issue was how crowded the reef area was. We had about 15 people…”

“We did the private tour and Alma was an amazing tour guide! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. We had plenty of time at each location, and we never felt rushed—we could go at our own pace. We had a group of 10, with 2 adults, and 8 kids ranging in age from 7-18. Everyone had a great time and this was their favorite activity of our trip—and it’s usually impossible for us to find something that EVERYONE in our group likes. I would a million percent recommend this to anyone.”

And this new tour took around 7.5 hours, but I seat in the car for 5 hours just for pick up other people and transportation, it’s really horrible experience”

“We were the first to be picked up at 7:15 AM. There were 4 other stops to make on the way for pickups (not too bad in my opinion). This made the total journey time ~ 3 hours. Once at Tulum, Jerry did a fantastic job telling us what to watch out for as we made our way through the hectic surroundings. Inside, he gave a very informative presentation for ~ 45 minutes and then we got ~ 45 minutes to explore on our own. Following this, we went back by the entrance where there is a taco stand and all had lunch. The fish tacos here were the best…”

“I will be honest in my review. The stars I put here are for our tour guide Sandro and bus driver David. They are amazing! However we didn’t enjoy the trip and just because of the logistics… the tour organizers must rethink the logistics. In the tour description it says the tour is 8 hrs total. However it was more than 13 hrs total with pick up and drop of all people. They filled the bus from all over Cancun areas! So we basically were 4+ hours picking up passengers and 4+ hours dropping them back at hotels. Bus was full of passengers, screaming kids, sick people 🤮 it was…”

“Luis is great! We loved the whole tour because most of it took place at the same site. The climb up the ruins can be scary, but the trick is to climb the sides instead of using the middle. The middle with the support rope is really smooth and slippery. The sides have more traction. Just do a crab crawl up there. The views are amazing and it's so special to be able to climb this ancient ruin! The traditional village was great in that we were able to stay at the same site to do the cenote swim, lunch and ziplining. We also got to kayak a little. The…”

“If you are the type of traveller that can’t be bothered to create a personal itinerary. Pros: Itinerary sorted. See heaps in a day. Lunch, water, and boxed snack included. Organised guides. Comfy coach. Knowledgeable guides. Cons: Lose time doing group pick up alone (3 hours approx going round picking up). Average LATE (3PMish) lunch. Taxes (although disclosed on purchase) Hotel pick up does not happen of you are out of the way. For someone with time constraints like myself, this was the best option for me.”

“This was a really good tour in the sense that you got to accomplish multiple activities in one day! I liked that the guide was in constant contact with the tour company and were able to reshuffle some of the activities so that we did not have to wait long for entrance at any of the sites. It worked out well especially at the Ven a la Luz statue photo op where there wasn’t much of a line (however it was a Wednesday). Casa Tortuga cenotes were a great experience especially the underground ones! A must do! And our guide at casa tortuga was great (a guide who works at…”
