Unfortunately, upon paying for our photos we were informed they gave our information to someone else. They went ahead and changed a few things, which took forever and we paid for our photos. Our mistake was not checking the information they gave us about the pics. When trying to retrieve the photos, there were inaccessible. Nothing was there! We called and was informed to send an email..... an email! Ok, we comply and send an…”
