“We gained nothing from this tour, your guide was lovely and informative but I felt it was a money making scheme! Taking us to very over priced shops where you were continually pushed to buy extremely overly priced gifts, thought lunch was included but lunch cost us almost 40 dollars for simple tacos and a beer each! Lovely guide but rubbish tour please save your money!”

The 3 stars is due to the fact that we had to rearrange our itinerary between getting bounced between viator and Go city customer service while in Cancun. My recommendation is to buy the pass directly from Go City.”

We also spotted huge turtles that could only be seen in Mexico which was really cool. However, the water was very rough throughout the whole thing which made it difficult to truly enjoy this excursion. We all became very nauseous, with some of us actually throwing up. The tour guides tried their best to help by providing water, but the nausea was too much. I think the company should consider putting a disclaimer in the description section warning potential guests that nausea is possible…”

In addition to the $1185 paid to Viator, the amount of $1,274 was charged for excursion, plus expected dock fees, for another boat for group of 15. Delayed for 2 hours after haggling with the Best Tours in Mexico. This experience deflated and caused undue stress. Once aboard group did not enjoy their time as much as they should have. Also missed following dinner reservations. A message was sent the DAY OF excursion from the provider Best Tours…”
