“We booked the Adventure Tour- ATV, Ziplining, and Cenote excursion through Viator and had an incredible time! Our group leader Raul was absolutely phenomenal—super personable, full of energy, and made the entire experience feel exciting, safe, and fun from start to finish. He truly added something special to the day. Our driver Carlos also deserves a shoutout—he was friendly, funny, and kept the good vibes going even during the van rides. From the moment we were picked up to the time we returned, everything felt well organized and upbeat. The ATVs were rugged and fun (prepare to get dirty!), the ziplines were an absolute adrenaline rush, and the cenote was…”

“It was nice. Allen and Alex were great. I didn’t like the fact that the ATVs were up and down the same little road way. I felt like it could’ve been more. The lunch was two small nasty pork tacos either red onions. I didn’t like them but someone may.”

“Unfortunately, as soon as we got on the ATVs, it started thundering and lightning really hard so we had to stop about 10 to 15 minutes in. But the staff was so extremely professional, nice, friendly, helpful, and very efficient on explaining our options. Even though everyone had such a great 10 minutes, they were so apologetic. The ATV was amazing. I highly recommend this company.”

“We had a great time. Pick-up was on time, and the ride to the site was smooth. Extra fees for single riders were clearly communicated via WhatsApp the evening before our experience (30$ for a single-rider ATV because of an odd number in my group). Policies regarding cell phones and recording are reasonable given the ticket prices. We purchased a photo/video package when we were done with the day. Our guide, Flash, was amazing, going so far as to learn each person's name and call us by name during our experience. This was a memorable day for every member of my family. Fantastic all around.”

“Activity was cxl due to weather which was understandable. The employees were so rude and unprofessional about it and how they handled it. They wanted us to wait 3 hours for the next shuttle AFTER picking us up and they knew the activity was canceled. When asking if the driver could turn around he refused. We not only wasted our time but money as well. Did not feel safe and it was a terrible experience.”

“They would have received 5 stars if it weren't the mix-up about our photos that cost $70. Through out the course they take pics and you charged a lot of money to receive those photos. Unfortunately, upon paying for our photos we were informed they gave our information to someone else. They went ahead and changed a few things, which took forever and we paid for our photos. Our mistake was not checking the information they gave us about the pics. When trying to retrieve the photos, there were inaccessible. Nothing was there! We called and was informed to send an email..... an email! Ok, we comply and send an…”

“Very nice idea but a slight get over. So be careful. They charge you more when u arrive for things that don’t make sense and the food is terrible. Like they are feeding inmates. Don’t eat it! Being an American you can’t drink their tap water or you’ll get sick. Don’t drink it! They take all of ur belongings when u arrive including passports and cell phones, hmmmm can u imagine why? To make u spend way more money at the end. Dont go for that! They picture supervisor was extra when it come to pictures. Oh you’ll see if you decide to go with this company. The activities was…”
