“We had a lovely day on this tour. The pick-up was exactly on time (to the minute!) and the drive took slightly over an hour. When we arrived we could tell the day would be special. Our Spanish isn't fluent so the guide spoke to us in English and gave us a Bicycle tour of the place including all the Cenotes and the history of the place. They could have earned more tips and sell more if they focused on actually sharing history and knowledge and not on sales.”

“DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXCURSION. The itinerary is a lie. The buffet food was HORRENDOUS and I’m not a picky eater so that says alot. 1000 pesos is not for taxes. They basically make the excursion cheap and the 1000 pesos pays the rest of the trip and part of the taxes. Also it says 2hrs in Isla Mujeres we ONLY HAD ONE HOUR. What can you do in an hour besides walk around ?? Not worth it. I will say the staff were very nice but the excursion itself is not it.”

“Not the greatest experience. From the get go, we we're lost. We did not understand what they were saying. Also, the Amount of time spent snorkeling was not worth the trouble of getting geared up. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic at times. The boat was overcrowded and there was no mask mandate or sanitation efforts in place.”
