“The park is big and lots to see and do. We bought a photo package and had lots of professional photos together all over the park, in the river and see too. We swam a underground river which was a nice slow swim (nothing scary or dangerous). We did the seatrek which was extra but amazing. You get your photo taken wearing a divers helmet with fish swimming around you. The food was delicious at the restaurant. At the end, the show was amazing and definitely not to be missed!”

Chichen Itza, Cenote Nool-Ha, and Valladolid in one long day from Cancun. Early start, guided temples, buffet lunch, life vest swim.

“Overall, this trip was a little disappointing! I will start with the good things. Pros: our tour guide, Francisco, was very informative and nice. The food at the Mayan reservation was pretty good. The three destinations were beautiful and great experiences. Cons: the day is 14 hours long, not 12. We were picked up at 7:30 and did not get into the bus until at least 9:30. It was a waste of time and not very organized. You spend the majority of the day on the bus. The first leg of the trip was over 2.5 hours long. The itinerary of the trip on Viator also did not match the…”

“Was totally ghosted by the operator. Booked it and waited at the pick up point, and waited and waited. No one showed up and no answer to my numerous queries. I was bitterly disappointed as we booked it for my daughter's birthday and we were only in Mexico for a few days. Finally requested a refund, and at least they gave me back my money, but with still NO EXPLANATION about why they didn't show up.”

“On Saturday, the 17th, I toured with Pastor Frank Armando. It was a professional, friendly, and safety-oriented tour team. Pastor loves Maya and he gave us his full knowledge of the Mayan ruins. he explained various photographs and other specific items on the bus to help us understand. When we arrived, he led us to a wonderful explanation. All the other teams must have been envious of us. I was very lucky to meet Pastor Frank Armando a day before I returned home. I hope to see you again in good health. Thank you! I recommend you!”

“I will be honest in my review. The stars I put here are for our tour guide Sandro and bus driver David. They are amazing! However we didn’t enjoy the trip and just because of the logistics… the tour organizers must rethink the logistics. In the tour description it says the tour is 8 hrs total. However it was more than 13 hrs total with pick up and drop of all people. They filled the bus from all over Cancun areas! So we basically were 4+ hours picking up passengers and 4+ hours dropping them back at hotels. Bus was full of passengers, screaming kids, sick people 🤮 it was…”

“The tour was very fine. Alan did a very good job, as well as Daniel. The timing to visit the sites was also perfect. Of course everything took more time than on a private tour, but it was so managed, that no time went lost. Even the usual sales-stop was nice and for people interested in "artesianas" it was worthwhile. I am pleased to be able to fullurecommend this tour”

Day trip from Cancun to Tulum, Coba and a sacred cenote with hotel pickup, entrances, and regional lunch. Packed, long, and convenient.

“We aren't fans of all day tours so we booked this tour because it was described as 6 hours long. However, we were told we'd be picked up at 8:40 am (which was really 9:00 am) and were then shuttled to a parking lot where we were told to stand in the sun until the charter bus came, which was another 15 minutes. Once on the tour bus (9:30 am) the guide spoke in spanish and english. His english wasn't great and at times he was difficult to understand. The sites of Tulum, Coba and the cenote were interesting. I'd recommend seeing them. The same tour guide is your tour…”

One day from Cancun to Chichén Itzá, a cenote swim, and Valladolid, with a guided site visit and lunch. Budget for the mandatory ruins fee.

“The overall trip was really good, but a bit tiring because of 3 hrs one side travel to Chichen Itza. So please carry good amount water and eatables. We were picked up by a small van, which was a little bit late ,from the hotel and dropped at one shopping point where we had to pay 800 mexican pesos or 40$ per person for the Ruin support which i felt really overpriced, they have to cut short this. After that we were onboarded to large AC bus. Hosts Lalo and Pichas were so humble and cooperative. Lalo was throughout engaged with historic explanation of Maya and Chichen Itza. The first…”

Eduardo, our guide, was really entertaining and created a good atmosphere with the entire group. We loved Tulum and we wished we had more time in Coba. Our day was a bit cold, but when we saw the cenote, we could resist to jump in. Thanks for the great day.”

Food was good. For the price the entire tour was great. Hectic. Definitely recommend and must for people who loves history.”
