“Booked an expensive tour, driver didn't show up . Messaged and phoned but no reply. Had to book an even more expensive tour elsewhere. We were then in a large bus not a private trip. Viator are asking me to patiently wait for my refund. Terrible customer service, lack of help or accountability.”
