There was no apology or empathy. I would not take this tour again.”

We booked a hotel pickup in advance at an upcharge, but we were informed they weren’t from Viator, so we had to walk to a meeting point. Secondly, we were informed by our guide at the site that the sweat lodge experience at hand was just a tourist version, so it lacked the four openings feature of the authentic version, among other things. The experience was a great primer for a deeper experience for most.”
